The point is that the face is very important. Any weight loss will show on the face first. Thus, when people look at your face, they will straight away notice changes. So here are some exercises which can be done at home to reduce your face fat;
Cheek Muscle Exercises
- Constantly wear a natural smile as often as you can remember.
- Face the mirror and try to touch your nose with your upper lip by protruding it upward. As you do this, elevate the corners of your lips and contract your cheeks up to your eyes. Hold this entire position for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this procedure five times.
- Begin with mouth closed. Puff your right cheek, hold it for 8 to 10 seconds and relax. Do the same for the left cheek and repeat this procedure five times for each side.
Ways to Get Rid of a Double Chin
- Start by curling your lower lip inward and position it over your bottom teeth. Open your mouth wide and then move your jaw up and down. Keep on doing this motion for as long as you can tolerate.
- Do some chin slap by continuously tapping your chin with the dorsal part of your hand (the back part of the hand opposite to the palm). Repeat this motion for as long as you can tolerate.
- Chew some gum. This can be of good help to trim up your double chin.
