Mental Exercise

Mental exercise refers to the performance of some activity in order to develop or maintain mental fitness.

It is used to perform an intellectual stimulating task such as solving a puzzle (for examples crosswords or sudoku) or engaging in a game of chess. Learning a new language is also a mental exercise.

Mental exercise is a very efficient nootropic to prevent deterioration of cognition.
