Combat The Fat by Jeff Anderson is an online diet program has recently become very popular. Combat the Fat uses the military way to lose fat and to stay fit. It helps you to lose upto 10 to 15 lbs in the first week. It covers every fitness level from complete beginner to "navy seal" level. It is also important to note that this plan is designed for both men and women. The author claims that this plan is the secret fitness regimen and diet used by the U.S. military to get soldiers into shape. Based on his experience he also adds a few of his own tips and 'tricks'.

But does Combat The Fat live up to its claims? Is it worth spending your hard-earned money on? We purchased the program and took a good look at it. Let us take you through so you can decide for yourself whether or not this fat loss program might be what you're looking for.

Let me share a few testimonials from some happy Combat The Fat users:

"When I started the Combat The Fat Challenge, my wife laughed at my waist measurement! I was not a ' happy camper'...but that was a great motivator! All I can say is that my wife did NOT laugh when she measured me for my final photo and I'm VERY pleased with the results! I'm 15 pounds lighter...shed 4 inches off my waist...dropped 2 belt loops... and went from 25% body fat down to just 19%! Not bad for just turning 48 last Thursday...not bad at all! Thanks Jeff!"

~ Ben

"Thanks Jeff! Combat The fat always help me get rid of those last stubborn pounds of excess body fat to reveal my 'beach body' just in time for an important photo shoot!"

(Combat The Fat Review)

Combat The Fat provides you information on how to get more nutrients from food, how to increase your weight-loss motivation, and how to naturally increase your sex drive while burning fat. This book is centered around three e-books which are quite comprehensive.

The three e books are known as Guide 1, Guide 2 and Guide 3. Guide 1 has everything to do with the secret military fitness program. Guide 2 is the workbook about the basics of workout and Guide 3 is the manual of nutrition. The three e books do not go beating around the bush and are quite precise. The author creates a nice balance between the information that we need to know and keeping the e-book simple enough for everyone to understand.

The e-book is written in a very plain English that anyone from husband to housewife...student to to mom can quickly and easily put into action immediately...even from your own home if you wish!

The Combat The Fat workouts pack a 1-2 punch to body fat by forcing your body to not only burn fat while you're training...but also continue your fat burning long after you've stopped. The e-book covers complete exercise descriptions (with pictures!) so you know EXACTLY how to perform each exercise the correct way!

Drink Water to Lose Fat

If you are eating right and exercising at the intensity, frequency and duration proper for you, but still can’t get rid of a little paunch here and there, you’re probably just not drinking enough water.

Drinking more water does several things.
  • Firstly, it keeps you from retaining water. Much like skipping meals makes your body retain fat, not drinking water makes your body retain the water that it does get.
  • Secondly, drinking water helps you feel full. If you drink a glass of water before eating, you will fill fuller faster.
  • Thirdly, water is necessary for your kidneys perform properly. Good kidney function is important to weight loss because if the kidneys can't perform efficiently, the liver has to help them out. If the liver is busy helping the kidneys, it can't perform its task of converting stored fat into energy.

Any fat loss eating plan should include lots of water, as much as a gallon a day for men, and three quarts a day for women. When you drink all the water you need, you will very quickly notice a decrease in your appetite. If you're serious about becoming leaner and healthier, drinking water is an absolute must. If you're doing everything else right and still not seeing results, this might just be what's missing.

Exercises to Lose Face Fat

What do you look at first when you meet somebody? When you meet up with old friends, colleagues, your neighbor or new friends, most of the time you will focus your attention on their faces first.

The point is that the face is very important. Any weight loss will show on the face first. Thus, when people look at your face, they will straight away notice changes. So here are some exercises which can be done at home to reduce your face fat;

Cheek Muscle Exercises
  • Constantly wear a natural smile as often as you can remember.
  • Face the mirror and try to touch your nose with your upper lip by protruding it upward. As you do this, elevate the corners of your lips and contract your cheeks up to your eyes. Hold this entire position for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this procedure five times.
  • Begin with mouth closed. Puff your right cheek, hold it for 8 to 10 seconds and relax. Do the same for the left cheek and repeat this procedure five times for each side.

Ways to Get Rid of a Double Chin
  • Start by curling your lower lip inward and position it over your bottom teeth. Open your mouth wide and then move your jaw up and down. Keep on doing this motion for as long as you can tolerate.
  • Do some chin slap by continuously tapping your chin with the dorsal part of your hand (the back part of the hand opposite to the palm). Repeat this motion for as long as you can tolerate.
  • Chew some gum. This can be of good help to trim up your double chin.

Low carb eating plans typically lead to:
  • Better blood-gluco control in diabetes, means stable blood-sugar levels.
  • Better insulin sensitivity.
  • Improved cholesterol levels and lower triglycerides.

Low carb diets do not provide long term benefits in weight loss. They can also result in fatigue due to decrease in the level of blood glucose
